By accessing, browsing, or using the Yasoly platform and its associated applications, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. You further agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the Arab Republic of Egypt. These terms constitute a legally binding contract between you and Yasoly regarding your use of the platform and our offered services.
Yasoly allows its users to order from partner merchants (Restaurants, Groceries, Pharmacies, etc.), hereinafter referred to as "Merchants". The platform's purpose is to provide a service connecting users with merchants within their geographical area to facilitate ordering goods and services. Yasoly acts as an electronic intermediary on behalf of these merchants to process your order and manage your experience. Yasoly does not interfere in the production or quality of any goods or services, as merchants are committed to local rules and standards for product safety and quality.
Once you select items and click "Checkout," the platform begins processing your order and transmitting it to the merchant. You are responsible for ensuring all order details and the delivery address are correct before confirmation, as errors cannot be corrected once the order is sent. In the event of an authorized payment failure, the platform is not obligated to provide the service.
You may cancel an order and receive a full refund as long as it has not yet been accepted by the merchant. Once an order is accepted and preparation has begun, full or partial refunds may not be issued. For non-food orders, returns and refunds are subject to the Consumer Protection Laws applicable in Egypt.
Yasoly makes every reasonable effort to adhere to estimated delivery times; however, times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as traffic or weather conditions. If the customer is not present at the delivery location or cannot be reached, Yasoly reserves the right to cancel the order without compensation, particularly for perishable goods.
Prices displayed are set by the merchants and may differ from their prices outside the platform. Orders are subject to additional fees that may include (Delivery fee, Service fee, and Small order fee), which are clearly displayed in the order summary before payment. By placing an order, you agree to the total amount displayed.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. The Egyptian courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from the use of this platform or relating to these terms.
